Terms of Use

By using Derax.gg you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Use a real e-mail address — it is the only way we can reach you about your account.

We may suspend or remove an account used for spam, abuse, or attempts to manipulate rankings or votes.

Anyone may submit a server. Submit accurate details, and only servers you are allowed to list publicly. Claiming a server as its owner requires verification.

We may edit or remove any listing — for example duplicates, dead entries, misleading names, or content that breaks these terms or the law.

Votes and ranking exist so that players can find active servers. Any attempt to inflate them — scripts, bots, fake players or repeated voting — may result in the server losing its ranking or being delisted.

Paid promotion is a visual advantage only — the server is highlighted and pinned to the top of the list. It does not influence the ranking system, does not add votes and does not guarantee traffic.

Promotion is prepaid. Prices are shown before payment and are final — Weldustry s. r. o. is not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added. An invoice is issued for every payment, including to private individuals, and is emailed to you when the payment goes through.

The promotion starts as soon as the payment goes through. By paying you expressly ask us to start it immediately and confirm that you understand this ends your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. For this reason a promotion that has already started is not refundable.

This does not affect your rights when we are at fault. If the promotion is not delivered, or is interrupted because of a failure on our side, contact us at info@derax.gg and we will extend it or refund the affected period.

If you switch automatic renewal on, we charge the same amount at the end of each period until you switch it off. You can switch it off at any time in your profile under Payments; the promotion then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed again.

Server data is collected automatically and shown as measured. It can be incomplete or out of date — for example if a server does not answer a query, or reports inflated player counts. We provide it as is, without warranty.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, and we are not responsible for what happens on the third-party servers we list.
